Today was exhausting because I spent the day running around shopping for Christmas instead of taking it slow. I also missed my afternoon dose of ibuprofen and it didn't really bother me several hours later. Just some aching and some sharp pains in my tongue.
My chin and lower lip are still numb. I'm not good about taking my B12 so I will try to take it more often.
