Braces at any age aren't fun. Braces when you are a Mom of 2 just seem wrong. I chose the clear brackets and clear bands so it's not that obvious. But I do love coffee so I have a feeling my bands won't stay clear for long.
The first day was rough, I was up through the night with pain in my teeth and jaw. And I had to get up at 4:50 to make it to 5:30 a.m. boot camp (workout). Since I have the clear braces they don't rub as bad so haven't really had to use wax yet.
They scheduled my next appt in 6 weeks so probably won't have any new news until then.
Oh, sleep study was done and no sleep apnea. Hooray! If I had it insurance would definitely cover the surgery. I worry about the insurance. My husband is in the process of getting a new job so we are waiting to hear on that. I would hate to go through all of this and not be able to have the surgery. We will see...
